Portrayed by Enver Gjokaj, Victor is an Active and works for the Dollhouse.  He primarily plays Lubov, the newest member of the Russian organized crime family known as the Borodins.

The Borodin family runs a large human trafficking ring that’s popped up on Agent Paul Ballard’s radar.  No one knows whether the crime family is somehow tied to the Dollhouse, but Agent Ballard is intent on finding out.

Also, Agent Ballard has no idea that Lubov is really an Active, and while he is imprinted with the character of Lubov, Victor himself doesn’t know the Dollhouse exists.
